Strength and Grace Experienced
This class requires a certain level of fitness, stamina and strength. In these dynamic sessions we will create and encourage a supportive, safe environment where there is a balance of play and focus. Classes will develop more challenging postures, arm balances and inversions. Six months of regular practice is recommended in preparation for this class.

All my classes are based on the Forrest Yoga method.
Forrest Yoga is an inspiring, grounding and healing yoga practice that through intelligent sequencing builds flexibility, strength and integrity. The practice is intensely physical and internally focused, guided by the use of breath and core exercises, working to release tension and encourage a deeper connection with the physical and emotional body.
Forrest is taught in a heated room and offers effective modifications for those working with injuries.
